Tracy B Designs

Painted Pudgy Tag-a-long Plush, Stuffed, Painted Toy, Ollie Owl

Delightful designs & fun textile applications are the trademark of Tracy B Designs. A combination of sewing, beading, embossing, mini paintings and ultra fun & pretty trim accessories are featured.

ABOUT TRACY:
I was raised in Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in advertising. For more than 24 years, I’ve maintained a career in marketing with hands-on creative development, working in fashion, retail and consumer goods & services.

My on-going passion for textile art blossomed from a hobby into a business idea in 2004, as I refined my craft … and the spark for Tracy B Designs was ignited. In November, 2005, I transitioned from my full-time marketing career to spend more quality time with family, manage creative consulting projects and pursue the growth of Tracy B Designs.

I’m a wife and mom to two wonderful children. I enjoy cooking, I cry when watching sad movies, I love licking the bowl when making brownies, and I often fall asleep at night thinking of my next fun creative venture.

INSPIRATION:
I'm inspired by texture, color, and everyday moments. I take great pleasure in creating delightful art-cessories for individuals and homes -- little treasures that will bring a smile to your day. My hope is that it’s just as fun to give a gift from Tracy B Designs as it is to receive.

I'm also inspired by an inner drive that has a passion for creativity, and more recently, a focus on recycling or re-purposing materials into whimsical pieces of art.

I'm motivated by friends, families and customers who appreciate my work and encourage me to keep creating.

FAVORITE ITEM:
It’s hard for me to pick just one favorite item, but an on-going favorite has been my button and puzzle piece bouquets. They are unique, fun to make and a great way to re-purpose everyday items into whimsical pieces of art.
